The service from the Avonmouth depot is exceptional. Orders are easily placed with the team in the office and always arrive on time and in full. Any issues that arise are dealt with in good time, allowing us to resolve them long before anyone is let down on site. 

Doing business with Days is easy as everyone is very personable and accessible, I have a good relationship with people in distribution, Sales and even the finance department! the thing I like the most about working with Days is the ease of placing orders. Phones ring directly to people and I’m not placed on hold for minutes on end. Email orders are responded to promptly making the process seamless. 

As a new business it was difficult for us to build any momentum with our suppliers due to credit restrictions. Days saw the potential in us and offered us an account. Working closely with their finance department has allowed us to grow as a business and gain a trusted supplier/ customer relationship.

I have been a customer of Days for a long time and the main reason for that is the people. The main reason for our continued custom is because nothing is too much trouble, even though we are a small company with limited buying power they always provide a wonderful service at a fair price which enables us to pass that on to our customers. I look forward to many more years of trading between our two companies. 

Throughout my career in builder’s merchants, Days are one supplier that over the years have presented me with very few service issues and on the extremely odd occasion something has gone wrong, the way they deal with such issues is fantastic.  I think a strength of theirs is the quality of people that they recruit; from the Director’s to the Driver’s they do the one thing that so many companies struggle with and always put the customer first.  I am also continually impressed by the attention to Health & Safety when delivering to our sites.
