Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule accurate and engaging long/short format content, such as case studies and blog posts, consulting with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain Company websites, social media accounts and internal communication sites.
- Coordinate the Company’s digital and print marketing assets, such as photos, graphics, brochures, and banners, liaising with stakeholders, customers, vendors, and agencies to create, order, distribute and maintain items as required.
- Coordinate Company merchandise, including designing, ordering, distributing, monitoring, and maintaining stock levels as required.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, monitoring and adjusting approaches as required.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and executing internal communication campaigns and training sessions, keeping employees informed and engaged.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and executing company events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars, attending as required.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Assist with PR initiatives, liaising with media contacts as required.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to produce accurate monthly reports.
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor all inbound marketing channels, responding, actioning, and escalating as required.
- Maintain marketing-related systems and applications, such as our eMarketing platform, CRM, DAM, etc.
- Ensure all activities adhere to the agreed marketing budgets.
- Follow and maintain brand guidelines to ensure all internal and external communications adhere to the Company’s standards.
- Practise and promote the Company’s values.
- Complete any other reasonable business request as required.

You will be a team player who can collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders. Technical skills in content creation, digital marketing tools, data analytics, and Microsoft applications are essential. You should be adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs, with a strong customer focus and an ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
Experience:
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Proven experience in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns and activities.
- Proven experience in content creation across various formats and platforms.

- Design Software: Able to create and edit content using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (preferred but not essential).
- Photography/Videography: Able to capture and edit photos and videos or a desire to learn (preferred but not essential).
This position is based at the Company’s Southampton office, and occasional travel is required for events and meetings. Hybrid/flexible working arrangements are available for the right candidate. All applicants must be able to commute reliably to the office and, therefore, live within a reasonable distance of Southampton.
Working times/hours: 40 hrs per week (Mon – Fri), including 30 minutes unpaid lunch per day.
Package is: annual salary plus the 9% employer pension contribution with Scottish Widows. You may be entitled to the discretionary Annual and Christmas bonuses. Annual leave of 29 days per year, including 8 Bank Holidays.
